These terms cover your use of illmario.living and the services Illmario Roofing offers through it. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Illmario Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing contractors. We do not inspect roofs. We do not repair or replace them. We do not do any other roof work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a contractor.

Contractors Work on Their Own

The contractors we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire them, supervise them or control them. We make no promise about when they are available to work, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get the estimate in writing.

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified contractor and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, get in the way of how it runs, or try to enter it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the contractor we connect you with, may reach out about your request. We may use phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@illmario.living.

Who Owns the Content

The text and design of this site belong to Illmario Roofing or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Illmario Roofing is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a contractor's services, or from an agreement between you and a contractor. The site is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
