How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Illmario Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Illmario Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a contractor we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the contractor. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest. A contractor who often falls short of what we expect may be removed. But Illmario Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a contractor's work. We cannot make decisions for a contractor.

How to File

Email contact@illmario.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include talking to the contractor. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
